The Team

Patrick Howell – after leaving a successful career with the Dale Carnegie Training organization, Patrick founded Team Development Group in 2003.  In addition to his role within the company Patrick is also Director of Coaching Services for the Institute for Advanced Human Performance.

In 2014 he co-authored the American Society for Training & Developments best-selling field-manual “The Positive Workplace” Infoline.  Recognized as expert in the field of human and organizational performance, Patrick is a frequent guest in media.
